Reside buildings are a wonderful place to rent. Office staff is nice and attentive and the maintenance team is amazing! Beautiful apartments with a nice and cozy feel. The courtyard area is always well kept and during the holidays they decorate amazingly!

As a first time renter of my own place, I was looking for a management/apartment company that provided updated and clean amenities and Reside does just that. The attentiveness of the staff combined with convenient locations cannot be beat.

I have never lived in a apartment community before, and so far it has been pretty average. The place is nice, and the amenities I do get to use, mainly the grill, is a nice perk. This is no fault of the company, be parking in this part of town sucks and that adds to my anxiety. Nice place, not too pricey, but parking here is awful.

Very responsive to maintenance requests. If I submit a request it is usually done by the time I get home in the evening or I have been notified as to when the work will be completed. At one point the bathroom tile floor needed replacing. I needed to be out of the apartment for an overnight. I was placed in another Reside property for the overnight stay. A very class act.

The community is kept clean, it is quiet, and the staff are highly responsive, friendly and professional. In addition, the use of the gym and rooftop make my own building still more desirable to live in.
